Our foundation

The legal form chosen is that of a charitable not for profit foundation.

The choice of a foundation fully abiding by Russian laws an customs was made in order to ensure its activities are fully intergrated into the Russian context and are hence sustainable.

Particular care was taken in the choice of members of the governing councils. They are composed of both Russians and long-term expatriates, familiar both with the French approach and the local situation as well as being experts on issues concerning children, notably in the following sectors: medical, psychological, legal and financial.
